This role will report to the Performance reporting director in the CoE and work closely with GCP the business partners.   - American Express Global Commercial Payments (GCP) is the global leader in the Commercial Payments Solutions space is an exciting and fast growing business. To maintain success, accelerating sales and driving profitable charge volume growth are essential for the organization. Performance reporting and insights team in the CoE is a key enabler for GCP Field decision making.   - This position will lead a team of analysts and support the performance reporting for GCP. The candidate is expected to develop and deliver performance reporting and insights to help the GCP Field teams and leadership understand, evaluate and drive business performance. Role requires having a strategic and analytical mindset, problem solving skills, strong execution skills, and ability to learn and deploy best of breed reporting and analytical solutions in a matrix environment.   Key Responsibilities :   - Own delivery of reporting and insights in a highly dynamic, matrix and evolving business landscape.   - Syndicate across stakeholders ( Sales, Technology, Internal teams ) to drive alignment and deliver performance reporting to meet business needs   - Develop reporting solutions by integrating data from different data sources using SAS, SQL, excel, Salesforce etc.   - Deliver reporting and business performance scorecards as per agreed SLAs and Quality. Ensure SLA adherence, drive Quality control and continuous improvements.   - Deliver analytical insights to help the leadership team evaluate and drive business performance   - Devise process improvement tools and methodologies that will ensure successful and timely implementation of new products or initiatives   - Partner with functional leaders, Strategic Business Partners to assess and provide reporting and analytical solutions to fulfill business requirements   - Provide functional guidance and support to members in the team. Ensure team is well equipped to deliver reporting and insights.   - Set up and own strong governance and engagement across stakeholders - DS&I, Field and Internal leadership teams   - Lead projects to streamline the process and leverage wider CoE capabilities to drive improvements.   Qualifications :  - 7-9 years of relevant work experience in reporting, Analytics and business insights domain.  - Hands on experience in SAS and SQL and visualization tools like tableau. Knowledge of big data tools like Hive, Python is a plus .  - Extensive experience of report development using large volumes of granular data to deliver analytical solutions  - A strong sense of responsibility and ability to operate with composure and reliability in a time sensitive environment   - Should have handled teams, ability to hire, guide and mentor team   - Strong Communication and Project Management skills and ability to manage stakeholders   - Proven ability to drive process efficiencies   - Ability to communicate findings and methodology across teams and gain alignment   Job type- Full Time  Industry Type - Operations   The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
