The successful candidate will partner with the Marketing teams in US, as well as various cross-functional teams including Finance and Risk   - Management to provide holistic data driven solutions for business needs. Looking for a candidate with an innovative mind-set to come up with new growth solutions for marketing and solving complex problem statements in a structured format.  - Demonstrate thought leadership and accountability to own delivery end to end   - Build a solid relationship/partnership with Marketing Stakeholders, drive projects end to end with full accountability.  - Lead & deliver star/critical projects at DS&I level.  - Be a natural delegate to B40 on the team by knowing end to end deliverable linkages of the sub-group or broader process area.  - Support and enable the business partners (the Global Marketing Organization) with campaign measurements, actionable data driven insights and analytical solutions   - Design and execute marketing impact measurement solutions, ROI analysis and other strategic analysis  - Gather business requirements from stakeholders, design and execute analysis, present results   - Monthly creation and execution of card member acquisition value   - Accurate, timely and efficient delivery of monthly results reporting for marketing leadership  - Keen on exploration and analysis of data from various data sources  - Have a research based mind-set, able to perform exploratory pre sales research, have an eye for detail, understanding business landscape, making effective recommendations and providing a holistic go to strategy  - Quick learner quick to understand the business and support pilot projects  - Collaborate with functional leaders, business partners and senior leaders to assess business needs, evaluate project feasibility, ensure data integrity, and provide actionable recommendations   - Motivate & mentor other team members to achieve team goals  Qualifications:  - 8+ years of experience with advanced degree in a quantitative field preferred - e.g. M.Sc. Operations Research, MCA, B. Tech (Computer Science). MBA  - Aptitude towards skills like SAS, SQL & Advanced Excel required; R/Python also good to have. Knowledge of operational techniques is good to have.  - Excel and VBA knowledge will be an asset to the multidimensional role.   - Data presentation/ Data visualisation and storyboarding skills and project management skills;   - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills with an ability to formulate and communicate results & methodologies in a clear and compelling way   - A demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure situations with minimal errors   - An optimistic and growth mind-set with a tremendous will to win   - Should be able to function with minimum supervision with high sense of ownership   - Should be comfortable with flexible shift timings to support Global Partners  Job type - Full Time  Industry Type - Operations   The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
