Job Description :   - Support Merchant Services Operations by working closely with various teams to ensure business priorities are implemented while balancing shareholder, customer, and employee impacts.  - This position will provide support to ensure the flawless processing of various critical activities in co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders.  - The candidate would act as the single point of contact for multiple teams all the owned reports/MIS. Consistently Manage High Volumes Of Work Accurately And Efficiently While Working Under Stringent Timelines.  - Focus On processes to ensure all implemented procedures are up to date on Ecco.  - Demonstrate Strong Focus on Process Improvements Ensure Adherence To and Compliance with Organization Policies and Audit Controls  - Support the leader in working on adhoc requirements  - Build an Excellent Rapport with Other Business Groups to Ensure Smooth Day to Day Operations  - This role may be subject to additional background verification checks  Qualifications :   - Candidate must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills with ability to balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.   - Must be a self-motivated, results oriented team player with demonstrated experience as subject matter expert in a project environment.  - Demonstrated ability to influence without authority  - Strong ability to articulate, communicate and focus on merchant experience  - Demonstrated ability to drive innovation  - Strong analytical thinking.  - Demonstrated ability to identify and overcome process obstacles.  - Proven ability to manage and drive change effectively without hindering productivity.  - Prefer: Merchant Services Experience.
