Job Description:  Global Commercial Services Integration (GCSI) supports the VOCM analytics, delivery of capability, process changes and servicing platform transformational change into the Commercial Services Network (CSN), GCSI delivers seamless implementation, whilst driving global process improvements and enables flexibility to support the needs of our card members, clients and CCPs within the Global Servicing Network. Servicing is a key part of the GCP value proposition leading to increased acquisition and retention and in turn, business growth. The GCSI Project Analyst will report into the Senior Manager, GCSI to support the wider Commercial Services Network (CSN) in sharing VOCM reports and analytics, driving process changes to enhance customer experience, deploying new capabilities / products to support GCP growth.   Responsibilities :  Support GCP business by analyzing surveys and customer feedback, identifying process improvement opportunities and driving the required enhancements/ process changes.  Managing standalone and team projects for business initiatives across CSN   Manage the deployment of new training related to initiatives as well as the update of policies and procedures   Keep project plans/ process improvements tracking tools updated in a timely manner   Prepare updates for leadership as required for the projects/ process improvements/ VOCM reports supported  Liaising with key stakeholder teams, formulating action plans to maintain GSN performance levels across all global markets  This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.   Qualifications:   Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate/influence at all levels without having direct authority.  Process Excellence/ Project management experience / certification preferred   Strong Corporate process knowledge preferred   Strong written and verbal communication skills, to influence, communicate, and drive results at the peer level and above and across different geographies.   Strong time management skills and a proven ability to consistently deliver on preset timelines; despite conflicting priorities.   Strong sense of urgency, commitment to deadlines and deliverables is critical.   Proven change agent, self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to drive results under tight timelines  Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, with the ability to work independently and prioritize work   Ability to work independently as well as be a team player.   Strong understanding and experience with MS Office (Project, Visio, Access, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Familiarity with Sales force, Micro strategy and Tableau reporting an advantage.  Job type- Full Time  Industry Type - Consulting   The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
