Come join us and realize your potential. - The Incumbent would be responsible for Data creation and Data analysis projects, within Global Data Capability Group in RIM-CoE, India. - The position requires performing adhoc analysis on live data and identify gaps in the implemented strategies thereby mitigate the risk of Card Member harm and improve on operation excellence. - The incumbent would also be responsible to automate recurring tasks and drive process efficiency within the modeling data creation world and would also be required to manage review of customer cases. Other responsibilities would require engagement with Partner Teams on regular Basis and effectively managing partner expectations - Understanding Marketing Strategies by effective partnering &amp; engagement - Translating Marketing Strategies Into Business &amp; data logic to validate the strategies - Perform thorough analysis to identify gaps in Systems/ Strategies and analyze the root cause within set timelines - Automate Recurring Processes - Drive process efficiency - Documentation of analysis and other processes for audit - Undertake complex data analysis to accomplish business objective. Independently understand modeling data requirements and deliver under very strict timelines. - This position would report into a manager. Qualifications -&nbsp; - 1-1.5 years of very strong programming skills - SAS, SQL, Vba, and Java. Must be proficient with general RDBMS skills and good exposure to Teradata as a RDBMS tool. - Very Strong Analytical And Data Interpretation Skills - Problem Solving Mindset - High Quality. Written and Oral Communication Skills with Proven Success of Influencing Business Decisions and Driving Results - Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners with A Demonstrated Ability to Lead and Influence Decisions without Direct Authority. - Experience in Financial Domain / Credit Card Industry Would Be Added Advantage.
