Product Head - Credit Cards(Experience in Lending Mandatory)  We have an opportunity with American Express   About American Express :   - We are a global services company and the worlds largest card issuer.   - Our direct relationships with many millions of consumers, businesses and merchants worldwide combined with our leading edge marketing, information management and rewards capabilities enable us to offer an array of valuable services that enrich lives, build business success, encourage financial responsibility and create communities of people with common interests   Position : Product Head- Credit Cards  Please Note : We need someone who has experience into the Lending side also for Product Development  Location : Gurgaon  Job Description :  - Develop product strategies, establish business plans & lead initiatives to grow the American Express Consumer Credit card business in India.   - Deliver on key business drivers like enhancing product value propositions, billings, customer average spends, portfolio quality, New Cards.  - Work on the key Lending initiatives for the portfolio to ensure profitable accounts receivable and fee charge revenue growth.   - Collaborate with Sales/Acquisition teams on various Product-Sales initiatives to drive portfolio growth.   - Work with other teams and business managers to optimize overall Blue Box business growth, cultivate cross sell opportunities to deepen customer relationships.   - Interface with multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Legal and Compliance to resolve issues related to the product.   - Work closely with New Product Development team to launch new products and to enhance current products.   - Track competition closely and launch best-in-class features on Amex products  Qualifications :   - Preferably MBA/Post-Graduate with 8+ years of experience in Product Management in Cards/Payments business.   - Good understanding of the Credit Card business & Lending Economics.   - Strong knowledge & experience of handling installment lending on credit cards.   - Very good financial acumen & analytical skills.   - Good communication and presentation skills.   - High level of accountability, focused on delivering timely and effective results
