The roles and responsibilities of the position would include but not be limited to: - Lead and execute successfully on Prospect Channel for Field and/or CAG (outbound) channel - Transition and map the process for Success - own water tight governance - Lead operational tasks and project management. Ensure quality and accuracy of lead management activities, contact information updates, etc. - Build and publish weekly/monthly process scorecards for the Stakeholders and Leadership Team - Work with team to optimize and scale the process through technical efficiencies and improvements - Responsible for managing the stakeholders and customer expectations - Ensure process documentation and delivery within timelines - Lead a team of 3 - 5 employees or contractors and motivate them for success on different projects with critical timelines. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience with aptitude towards skills like SAS, SQL &amp; Advanced Excel required; R/Python also good to have. Knowledge of operational techniques is good to have. - Excel and VBA knowledge will be an asset to the multidimensional role. - Advanced degree in a quantitative field preferred - e.g. M.Sc. Operations Research, MCA, B. Tech (Computer Science). MBA - Data presentation/ Data visualisation and storyboarding skills and project management skills; - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills with an ability to formulate and communicate results &amp; methodologies in a clear and compelling way - A demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure situations with minimal errors - An optimistic and growth mind-set with a tremendous will to win - Should be able to function with minimum supervision with high sense of ownership - Should be comfortable with flexible shift timings to support Global Partners Job type- Full Time Industry Type - Operations The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
