- Travel & Lifestyle Analytics team has grown immensely in the past few years. It provides significant analytical and reporting support to the TLS Global markets.   The Lead Business Analysts work as key change agents to service the dynamic, ever changing environment of Travel & Lifestyle Services Global Organization.   The successful applicant will drive change management and manage multiple processes/ projects simultaneously; ensuring all deliverables are met and product goals are achieved for the Voice of Card Member Reporting & Insights.   This role will involve liaison with both internal & external customers & requires strong influencing skills in order to steer customers/ business partners towards best in class practices and solutions.   The analyst will be accountable for effectively driving key departmental Voice of Card Member metrics as defined by the TLS leadership which will include :   Reporting - Adhere to reporting schedule to ensure monthly reports are processed, validated and distributed on a timely manner.   - Create monthly performance reports spanning TLS International & US Markets.  - Provide Consultative analysis / Actionable insights to help the markets improve their performance on VoCM.   - Support business transformation initiative for T&LS   - Liaise with key stakeholders to design & develop new reporting solutions.   - Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying service delivery gaps & offering solutions.  - Deliver complex ad-hoc reports and analysis.  - Understand & work complex data sources like Command Center/I bank/ PSP etc. that are critical for reporting purposes. The incumbent should be results oriented, demonstrate enthusiasm, resilience under stress with a strong will to win. This individual must be customer oriented and must have the ability to effectively communicate verbally as well as in writing.   Be able to build strong relationships, drive continuous process improvement and demonstrate flexibility while managing multiple priorities. Experienced Travel Counsellor providing specialized travel advice to customers. Will typically manage very complex bookings and itineraries and have a good knowledge of fare construction.  Qualifications :   The incumbent should minimum be graduate with 3 years+ experience in an Analytical role.   - The incumbent should have sound knowledge of Advanced Excel. MS Access & VBA knowledge preferred.  - Strong ability to formulate and communicate strategies in a clear, compelling way.  - Strong strategic and analytic thinking with an ability to develop and execute successful strategies   - Strong relationship management skills with a proven track of positively collaborating & influencing internal and external partners.   - Self-starter with ability to execute with minimal direction and strong attention to detail.   Eligibility : The incumbent should be tenured for a minimum of 12 months at Band 28 or 18 months at Band 30 as on the date of application deadline. The incumbent should not be on level 3 or above counseling at the time of applying.
