Job Description :   - Plan and control all scheduling activities supporting TLS international markets. Balance production and requirement levels with demand to support target SLA and capacity utilization/staffing requirements. Produce maximum efficiency by generating and maintaining schedules that most effectively meet customer demand against measured efficiency targets  - Undertake - What if- scenarios to improve production efficiency, schedule and operational effectiveness models.  - Understand the key strategies of the Business and how these link with the market goals.  - Reviewing data, recommending and developing reports that will assist improved productivity, management of headcount and process improvements  - Identify and recommend efficiency improvements in schedules to ensure effective use of staffing resources to consistently meet abandon rate targets.  - Ability to initiate appropriate responses to unanticipated changes in the demand, schedules and call flows.  - Ability to communicate and influence people at all levels effectively.  - Strong knowledge of MS Office suite especially Excel & Powerpoint.  - Produce monthly staffing and recruitment plans for each process (work type) anticipating employee shrinkage and attrition trends.  - Ability to apply theoretical techniques to real world business issues.  - Ad-hoc reporting for various Travel & Lifestyle business units and involvement in special projects.  - Ability to handle change & consistently deliver high levels of service.  - The ability to successfully balance workload demands, quality and performance on a consistent basis.  Qualifications :  - 6+ years of experience, including 3 or more years in a Workforce Management ( Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Scheduling & MIS)  - Knowledge of workforce management systems, tools and methodologies  - Hands on experience on Avaya CMS, Resource Management, Workforce Planning and Resource Utilization  - Ability to understand and provide solutions for staffing conflicts  - Expert user of Aspect eWFM & IEX platforms  - Excellent analytical, problem solving & implementation skills.  - Strong knowledge of MS Office suite especially Excel & PowerPoint.  - Experience of Avaya Definite Switch & CMS an advantage.  - Strong communication & collaborative skills.  - Ability to promote attention to detail & excellent process quality standards.  - Very high attention to detail.  - Ability to work in a high pressure and multifunctional area of the business.  - Strong team player.  - Shift Timings - 24by7 environment  Job type- Full Time  Industry Type - Customer Care   The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
