Job Description :   Perform analysis on key metrics to help maximize productivity and Operational excellence   - Prepare customer facing presentations on Process improvement Ideas or Ops Excellence   - Producing reports/scorecard using multiple Amex data sources and key metrics   - Ability to take direction to drive project deliverables to achieve results within a tight timeframe   - Formulate and implement network level inventory strategy for CFN   - Provide real-time Inventory-centric MIS to the business   - Identification, documentation, and communication of business impact, especially in context to Business Performance including SLAs   - Support/work with fellow team member in resolving customer issues   - Create, test and maintain the health of permanent schedules for multi-skilled network of 500+ customer service associates for both new hire associates as well as annual alignments. Provides on-going analysis of schedules and manages the determination and implementation of additional resources/alternative plans when necessary. Publish Weekly/Monthly reporting of key performance indicators such as Schedule Effectiveness, Leave utilization, CCP Schedule Satisfaction and Availability. Institutionalizing TOS.   - Extensive experience using MS-Excel & MS Access for data manipulation and analysis. (Experience with SQL & VBA a plus)   - Should have strong Analytical ability/skills   - Excellent Project management skills   - Strong communication skills with a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
