Concerned position leads the Data Creation, Analysis Capability projects and Data Automation team in RIM CoE. The incumbent will head around 30-40 member team and would be responsible for providing modeling data and process automation of all Decision Science - US and International Risk Management teams.   - Modeling Data Creation and Capability development support modeling teams - Existing customers, New Accounts, Acquisitions functions of US and ICS Risk and Collections modeling strategies.   a) Modeling and Analysis Data Creation   b) Model Tracking, Verification and Validation   c) Feed validation and Verification capabilities   d) Standardization and enhancement of the Default file creation process for International Risk Models   e) Drive enhancement of Modeling capabilities through development of Automated Tools and Capabilities   f) Enhance and Automate the Counter Intuitive CASE analysis and build tools to analyze customer case reviews   - Work with the ARC, CAS and other technology teams in implementing attribute and process changes and enhancements   - Partner with Big Data Labs and Risk 2020 teams to support all the new risk capabilities projects   - Lead the Training for the Modelers and Programmers on SAS and QUE.   - Train, Coach, Lead the programmers and develop next generation of Modeling data & validation Capability architects   Qualification:  - At least 10 years of experience in credit scoring models and decision science   - The position needs to have knowledge of Amex risk Modeling systems, internal and external data sources and in depth knowledge of Amex Risk Systems like CAS, GRMS, QUE, GNA & APAC   - Strong programming skills - SAS, SQL, UNIX, Mainframes etc, hadoop, big data technologies  - The successful candidate should possess strong analytical and problem solving skills and a tremendous will to win   - Strong relationship building, management and influencing skills   - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills   - Phd/Post Graduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering from Tier 1 institutes
