American Express is one of the largest credit card issuers in India and is looking to hire for the role of Director in the consumer cards Product team. The team focuses on all B2C payment products and strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience, that is the hallmark of the American Express brand. The Product team is the custodian of the customer and works with all other internal stakeholders to create strong products to meet the needs of our card members and target segment.   Looking to hire a seasoned payments professional with a strategic perspective and good understanding of the payments landscape in general and cards industry and premium segments in particular.   Key responsibilities include :   - Responsible for the Charge Cards which include the most premium products in our portfolio   - Strong understanding of product financials with complete ownership of P&L and key metrics for charge cards including acquisition, revenue and billed business   - End to End process and product management to create a best in class customer experience   - Complete ownership for driving New product and capabilities development   - Work with key partners to manage benefits on charge and credit cards and Create new concepts, offerings and benefits across customer segments in line with the product proposition   - Tight control on related expenses and drive business transformation to increase efficiency   - Drive Portfolio growth through increased card member engagement   - Lead a team of 12 employees to drive superior business results   This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.   Qualifications :   Skills Required :  - Exceptionally strong Analytical and Project management skills   - Strong team player and able to influence internal and external stakeholders without authority   - Ability to be hands on while also having strategic perspective   - Experience in handling premium products is preferred   - MBA with 10-15 years experience in Financial Services   The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
