American Express: Assistant Manager-Sales Effectiveness, Mumbai  Job Description :  The Duties and Responsibilities of this position include :   - Conduction of the New Hire orientation program for all new joinees- On roll and Off roll employees and tracking the performance. Higher employee productivity and low employee attrition will be the key metrics.   - Driving a learning culture: Regular monitoring and evaluating individual performance of the sales teams in the designated City/Region.   - Ensuring Ongoing Coaching and Development, whenever/whenever required. Creating a Culture that Motivates, empowers and retains talent .   - Ensuring All Performance Standards are met Viz. -Sales Results -Business Targets -Controls and Compliance- Grow awareness and drive adoption of critical business tools and processes.   Focus on the Key Metrics - New Card Acquisition (NAA) from the Sales Team  - First Year Attrition Rate   - Attrition of Team members  - Controls and Compliance   - Ensure and mandate sales agent certification process  - Help build a learning culture vs a training culture  - Have a strong knowledge of documentation and quality processes and drive awareness in sales on the same   Partner with Product & Marketing teams for new product launches  - Partner with product team for content development   - Launch New Product Training's. Conduct regular product refresher training's in the regions.   This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.  Qualifications :  Graduates/Post gradutes/ MBA's with minimum 4 years of relevant Sales/Sales Training Experience .Excellent Inter personal skills .Excellent communication skills Preferably from Retail, Banking, Insurance & financial services sector. Experience in sales/ training in consumer cards preferred.
