Job Description:  Bank Services CoE is part of Global Treasury Operations and is responsible for the end-to-end bank service lifecycle in the US, Canada and JAPA markets. The bank service lifecycle includes managing the process to open, close and maintain bank accounts, administering access to online bank portals and analyzing bank fees to ensure adherence to bank service agreements.   The Bank Services CoE collaborates with bank account owners to rationalize or procure bank services. This position will be responsible for:   - Execute bank account administration for US, Canada and JAPA markets including opening, closing and adding required services to accounts.   - Maintain Global bank account database ensuring timely bank account updates are being performed in all regions and provide quarterly US bank account reporting. -  - Execute US, Canada and JAPA bank system administration user access requests   - Collating bank fees for US, Canada and JAPA markets and providing quarterly and ad-hoc bank compensation reporting.   - Manage Basel static cash submission including research of bank account and CCID inconsistencies. Maintain global static data in Treasury Management System - Maintain US entity corporate banking documentation and partner with banking institutions to ensure AXP authorized signers up-to-date.   - Manage submission of FBAR reporting - Perform SOX testing for bank system administration controls. - Assist AXP business units with bank account related questions.   Requirement - would be required to work in any shift of 7.00 AM - 3.30 PM.  - Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations   Qualification:  - Minimum 3 years of work experience in financial / banking operations   - Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers/business partners globally.   - Proven ability to track tasks, progress and outstanding items.   - Strong organizational skills including the ability to multitask.   - Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly and easily.   - Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of and comfort level with excel, powerpoint, & word.  - Ability to remain positive, determined, and persistent in the delivery of assigned tasks and responsibilities.   - Banking Industry experience and knowledge of industry banking systems is a plus.   - Exposure to multi geography operations preferred - A degree on finance / accounting / economics
