The Global Product Development & Operational Excellence (GPD & OPS) organization, within GCP, is instrumental in ensuring achievement of these objectives. The GCP Data Strategy & Insights (DS&I) team is part of the GPD & OPS organization. It is the analytical engine that powers profitable business growth through consultative and innovative solutions across GCP. The listed job is an exciting opportunity for supporting the Global Product Development & Operational Excellence organization and be a part of the Consulting Team's journey at DS&I-India. Job Description: The Global Business Consulting team within the Global Client Group (GCG) is responsible for the execution of complex management consulting engagements for global and multinational clients. This role will work closely with the consulting senior managers, team members, clients, suppliers and cross-functional business partners to improve profitability, increase growth and enhance the customer experience in the delivery of consulting projects. Candidate will be a member of the DS&I-India team and will work very closely with the stakeholders from the Global Business Consulting team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide analytical support to consulting engagements on Benchmarking, Preferred Supplier Programs, T & E and Purchasing Process, Policy Analysis and Performance Measurement.

- Develop automated solutions to bring efficiencies to redundant activities

- Operate And Contribute To a Team-Oriented Environment with Strong Personal Accountability, Commitment And Integrity With Respect To All Aspects Of The Role.

- Create and Present Reports and Manage Small Engagements independently.

- Analyze Quantitative and Qualitative Data as well as help the client understand the business impact of the results.

- Create Project Plans And Presentations For Consulting Engagements.

- Work With Massive Datasets To Analyze And Formulate Strategic Plans. This role may be subject to additional background verification checks. Qualifications:

- BA/BS, MBA a plus - MA (Statistics / Economics / Operational research)

- Strong Analytical Skills, with good command over MS Excel / Access a must.

- Consulting/Sourcing Experience Preferred

- Advanced Knowledge of VBA macro development is a must

- Knowledge of SAS/SQL strongly preferred.

- Demonstrated Ability To Drive Project Deliverables to Achieve Financial Results.

- Ability to Network Through Complex Organization Structures to Uncover Customer Product and Process Improvement Opportunities.

- Conceptual Thinking Skills and Ability To Identify And Implement Technical Solutions To Achieve Process Automation And Improve Consulting Group's Productivity

- Knowledge of MS Office - Power point, Excel a must

- Comfort Working Across Many Business and Functional Areas

- Excellent Communicator and Strategic Thinker

- Must Be Able To Adhere To Strict Project Timelines

- Should be comfortable working in 3:30pm - 11:30pm shift
