Job Description : New Cardmember acquisition is the largest investment in the Global Consumer Services Group (GCSG). Integrated Marketing Solutions team within GCSG is a dynamic environment of digital product and analytics professionals that drive significant value for American Express through innovative solutions.  - The Analyst, Global Application Experience and Enablement (GAEE) team will support improvements in Digital acquisition and new account approval efficiency for American Express- International businesses.  - S/he will drive business results through extensive test & learn around application journeys and early engagement experiences as well as strategic analytics to enhance New Accounts decisioning.   - This role will provide a fantastic opportunity to enhance the growth of acquisition volumes, billings & lending receivables for the International business.   Responsibilities include :   - Partner across Application Experience Digital Product teams to drive test and learn  - Support a digital test and learn program, including test planning, execution and analytics   - Provide financial analysis to support project investment and prioritization decisions  - Provide strategic analytics The successful candidate will work in a team with skills in Digital Marketing analytics, Test & Learn or Hypothesis testing & new accounts platform analytics.   - Experienced professional in a team member role, well versed in statistical modeling techniques.   - Nature of work is similar to Analyst 1 but level of supervision is lower.  - Position requires higher levels of knowledge and skill.   - Assigned tasks are of low to medium complexity.  Qualifications :  - Strong quantitative background & Ability to analyze complex data and processes necessary   - Masters or PhD in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or related analytical field preferred  - Experience in Digital Marketing analytics or new accounts/card application analytics preferred   - Experience with A/B Testing/Multivariate Testing OR Understanding of how to apply statistical design of experiments preferred   - Advanced SAS/SQL experience is required.  - Experience using Big Data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Python) a plus  - Strong Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel, PowerPoint) preferred   - Knowledge of credit card business, AXP networks, platforms, and procedures desirable  Job type : Full Time  Industry Type : Operations   The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
