This role is responsible for supporting in delivery of key enterprise focused HR priorities in the India market. As the Market HR Analyst this role will focus on working with MHR Managers/Directors in driving initiatives across 4 key areas - Local Talent Planning; Employee Engagement; Employee Development and Change Management. Incumbent is also expected to collaborate with the Centers of Expertise to drive a consistent and positive employee experience. This role reports to the Director of Market HR, India   Key Responsibilities :  - Provides insight in the creation of the India Market Employee Plan (MEP)   - Drive independent work streams in larger market level projects   - Co- lead/drive smaller MEP Projects in partnership with HR Directors, COE Leads, Business Leaders   - Support the execution of the India Market Employee Plan in collaboration with the Centers of Expertise (CoEs) and the Market HR team   - Works across all business units in the market to drive a One American Express people agenda   - Supports business and geographic integration by applying local expertise to translate into strategic inputs and plans relevant to the market   - Gather key business, talent and market insights and input for meaningful action planning   - Support Change Management: Implements sustainable change to drive business results  Responsibilities are organized under the following four areas :  Employee Engagement   - Drives a consistent employee experience for HR products and services through collaborating with CoEs and the Global Strategic Capabilities and Servicing function   - Drives relevant and impactful market level employee engagement initiatives and work with local leaders to address gaps   - Support strategic external branding initiatives such as Great Place to Work and Diversity and Inclusion recognition, as well as internal branding at the market level   Local Talent Planning   - Support the execution of talent planning process at a market level   - Assist in driving the high potential talent management with a view on supporting career growth and planning   - Partners with the Talent Acquisition team to build future capabilities to drive the American Express business in the market   Employee Development   - Partners with Global Learning and Development to provide insights in designing and deploying leadership and development programs for employees in the market   - Supports employee networks, global and locally driven initiatives to foster career growth and development   Qualifications :   - MBA with atleast 2-3 years of HR generalist experience   - Shows awareness of and knowledge of employment and labor environment in the market   - Strong project management skills   - Builds relationships and leverages them to drive outcomes   - Ability to work in a matrix environment with influencing and conflict-resolution skills   - Possesses good business acumen, demonstrating a keen interest in understanding the business, market trends and financial drives in the industries that American Express competes in   - Excellent communication skills; able to tailor messages to the audience   - Keen focus on delivering consistent and positive employee experience   - Able to deal with ambiguity in shifting environments   The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
