Job Description :  The candidate for the role will be a part of the GCP Data Strategy team within RIM-CoE. Specific responsibilities will include :   - Lead requirements gathering sessions, technical specifications, architectural design, and support development as it relates to database design, access, and utilization   - Conduct rigorous data matching exercise to identify data gaps between platforms and propose recommendations for issue fixing   - Conduct business analysis by leveraging knowledge which is acquired during data testing process to highlight opportunities and drive value for business   - Manage automation, including creating concepts that can increase efficiency and value addition for Quality assessment, suggestions for improvements, working with developers to bring systems or improvements into reality  - Manage multiple priorities and exhibit strong multi tasking capabilities  - Implement processes to drive data governance and implement quality controls  - Create and maintain SOP documentation for all process specific tasks   Qualifications :  - Detail orientation with strong programming, analytical and problem solving skills.  - Solid written and oral communication skills with an ability to convey results, explain issues, drive resolution, present etc.  - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high pressure environment.  - Strong SQL programming skills, Open to learning new tools and technologies.  - Ability to understand data, research and fix issues. Be hands on with working on large datasets.  - Proven experience in managing large scale testing projects  - Atleast 2 years of experience in a similar profile   - Must be a self starter and drive key processes, while working well in a team environment as a key contributor.   - Should have a performance rating of G2L2 or better in the last review. Should not be on any type of counseling  - Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline  - Experience in working on enterprise level data mining tools like SAS, Hyperion etc is desired  - Solve complex business problems, leveraging leading technologies like SAS, Big Data, Hadoop, Java, Hive, Pig, Python, SQL   - Should be tenured for a minimum of 18 months at in current role as on the date of application deadline.  - An advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance or Economics.  Job type : Full Time  Industry Type : Technology   The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
