If you want operate at start up speed, solve some of the hardest problems and build a service which customers love, Junglee.com might just be the place for you.   The Program Manager will interface with various teams to setup and manage processes related to Junglee as well as setup mechanisms to regularly gather customer inputs to improve the service.   - The job involves end to end tactical planning & process execution including but not limited to creating annual plans and strategy for execution, ensuring operational rigor and designing high business impact processes.   Working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for measuring, maintaining and improving the processes related to in-bound and outbound customer contacts as well as acting as a champion for the customer and customer contact related processes in the products and services offerings by Junglee, in the process working with internal operations, technology and business teams as needed.   - Candidates who delight in optimizing scarce resources and can strategically outline effective solutions rapidly should apply. The role requires the person to manage and influence at a high level and at the same time is able to dive really deep in to processes and systems, needing to be completely hands-on when required.  A key area will be the person's ability to think in terms of systems and automation. Amazon lays emphasis on the ability to eliminate manual tasks and automate processes wherever possible. This person should also be able to work with systems and tools and be quick to learn new tools and understand how to implement them in an ambiguous scenario.  Some of the key result areas include, but not limited to:  - He / She will be responsible for monitoring the health of the customer contacts related processes using regular audits / reports, doing root cause resolution to fix issues found, closing the loop with stakeholders   - He / She will manage business impact via functional activities & will be accountable for delivering on all KPIs / Goals related to customer contact process operations. The candidate will responsible for adoption of technology solutions and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals.  - This role involves influencing peers and stakeholders in other functions to achieve the operational and business goals assigned. He/she will be responsible for managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes, escalations, etc.  - The person will be point of contact of the product / category management teams of Junglee & various operations teams and must therefore be comfortable and confident liaising with multiple teams and senior leaders.   - The ideal candidate actively seeks to understand Amazon's core business values and initiatives, and translates those into everyday practices.  Basic Qualifications:   - Bachelor's degree in Business / Accounting / Engineering required, MBA is preferred   - 6 - 8 years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience working in a similar Program / Project / Product Management role  - Exposure to data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS etc.   - Has managed critical operational processes, with end to end business responsibility.  - Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.  - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions. Strong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills.   - Must be metrics-driven. Have a background in quantitative decision making, ability to drive business/operations metrics, and driving adoption of different tools and resources.  - Excellent written and oral communication skills. Skilled in collaborative management environment, succeeding through regular meetings and clear formal and informal communication with members of various teams.   - Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.  Preferred Qualifications:   - Exposure to working with technology teams and solving operational issues using technology  - Experience with e-commerce, retail or process operations would be an advantage
