Sr. Manager, Cross Channel Marketing - Amazon.in  Amazon India marketing team is a group within Amazon in India dedicated to marketing Amazon products and services to Indian consumers. It's an exciting time of big growth, big bets and lots of innovation and experimentation - in essence an exciting period to be part of Amazon team in India.  Currently, we are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to lead category marketing initiatives for Amazon.in.   - This leader will play a critical role in introducing Amazon categories to Indian consumers and making Amazon a household brand in India.   - To achieve this objective, the leader will need to understand Amazon India vision and strategic plans and define a suitable long-term marketing strategy that spans across multiple channels, and will also work actively with product teams helping them define the Go to Market plans for all new categories, features, and business that Amazon India team may launch in the future.   - The ideal candidate will not only have a vision on marketing this property but will also be focused on the details-devising and executing individual campaigns, working with channel managers, creative and media agencies, and category teams.   - Additionally, the Senior Manager will oversee day-to-day metrics and health of all marketing channels and will be single point of contact for all operational matters related to Amazon.in traffic.  Qualifications:  - MBA from a reputed organization  - Seeking strong leaders in People Management  - Total 12+ years of experience and relevant 8+ years’ experience in marketing  - End-to-end program management experience  - Experience in analyzing data for the greatest return on invested time and resources  - Experience working in a fast-paced environment  - Superior verbal and written communications skills  - Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and exceptional attention to detail  - Familiarity with digital marketing. This may include experience managing email marketing, display advertising, social media and website content management projects, among other areas.  - Ability to take full ownership of areas of responsibility, not merely respond to requests and take direction, but anticipate and solve for problems that haven't yet occurred, imagine improvements and innovations, and implement solutions autonomously  - Ability to capture, measure, and interpret relevant data and take appropriate action as a result  - Experience in cross team collaboration, working across an organization as an effective project manager  - Experience managing complexity in both large companies as well as small, entrepreneurial organizations
