Position Description: Senior Site Financial Controller

Location: Hyderabad and Bangalore, India

Summary of Responsibilities:

Our rapidly growing Hyderabad, India Customer Service Center currently has an opening for a Senior Site Financial Controller to support the site and Corporate Finance teams.

- You will own the site financials and will play a key role delivering financial and operational analyses, surfacing opportunities to reduce cost and innovate, manage projects, and help take the site and the Finance Team to the next level. You will work hard, but we promise you'll have fun

Duties will include:

- Building new/improving existing accounting processes to ensure data integrity and efficient analyses

- Manage a team of two site controllers at the site

- Providing financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction efforts (including Kaizen/LEAN reduction efforts)

- Providing analytical support for staffing optimization initiatives

- Sourcing, analyzing, and reporting quantitative data; perform ad hoc analyses

- Analyzing trends, formulating projections, and evaluating savings initiatives

- Developing monthly/quarterly financial reporting (actual and forecast) and annual budgeting

- Provide fact-based insights into variances and trends

- Educating, communicating, and partnering with local leadership

- Highly analytical and detail oriented,

- Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with internal customers.

- Demonstrated work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations

- Financial analysis and financial modeling skills

- Strong leadership, communication, and persuasion skills

- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written

- Work with functional leaders and other finance functions to build scalable financial processes and metrics

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the proven ability to:

- Develop new ideas and creative solutions

- Work successfully in an ambiguous environment

- Meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload

- Work with cross-functional teams

- Focus on customers and work backwards

Skills required:

- CA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in cost accounting and financial analysis

- Proficiency in Excel

- Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA

- Proficiency in one or more of the following: SQL, Oracle, Cognos
