We are looking for a highly-motivated, analytical and hands-on Sr. Program Manager to lead the Sponsored Brands business (https://advertising.amazon.in/products/sponsored-brands) for Sellers on Amazon.in marketplace. Developing and leveraging strong relationships with internal teams and Sellers, this person will be responsible for driving of end-to-end adoption and engagement of sellers with advertising. Responsibilities: The Sr. Program Manager will lead Sponsored Brands advertising which is one of our fastest growing advertising offerings. The responsibilities of the Sr. Program Manager are the following, - Owning driving adoption of Sponsored Brands among IN marketplace Sellers and generating advertising revenue (equivalent of P&amp;L responsibility). - Determining the long-term strategy for growth and driving end-to-end execution. - Creating and managing programs for driving advertiser success leading to a sustainable ads business. - Setting up and implementing processes to (i) onboard Sellers on to Sponsored Brands, (ii) educate them and (iii) help them manage their advertising campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI). - Identifying internal and external partnership opportunities to help drive ads business in India. For e.g., 3rd party (e.g. service providers, other external agencies) based advertising support to drive adoption and advertising revenue. - Interacting periodically with Sellers and driving product enhancements based on seller feedback. - Working with Marketing team to ensure relevant and actionable seller communication and content. - Periodically monitoring and reviewing performance and taking corrective actions - Deriving insights from data and put them into action (to be executed by stakeholders) - Driving creation of actionable business reports working with Analysts in the team Skill sets and preferred qualifications: - Proven experience in managing programs / categories / business verticals. - Very High degree of Ownership and Bias for Action. - Strong process orientation; ability to find efficient solutions to problems and automate tasks. - Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets; being able to influence without authority. - Ability to deep-dive into a problem; very strong analytical skills required. - Ability to thrive and perform in an ambiguous setting; sound judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule. - Bachelor's degree: Engineering preferred - Master's degree from Tier 1 B-schools - 6+ years of post-MBA experience
