Join us!  Primary responsibilities include :   - Developing a thorough understanding of the market segment, seasonality and global trends/events, and continually monitoring competitor efforts  - Working to develop new products based on Amazon data, market trends and customer needs analysis  - Owning and managing a portfolio of private label products and while driving pricing, in-stock, demand generation and a top notch customer experience  - Collaborating with and influencing a number of internal and external stakeholders like supply chain, sourcing, marketing, legal, tax, product compliance, sellers and global private label teams  - Designing and implementing new processes to help scale our business  Basic Qualifications :  - MBA in Marketing, Strategy or a related field   - 6+ years of relevant work experience in product development, marketing, brand management, sales management or related fields  - Experience using metrics to drive business decisions  - Proficient in Excel and experience with other data analysis tools (SQL)  - Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail  Preferred Qualifications :  - Experience launching packaged products and/or building out a new brand in a retail environment   - Comfortable rolling up sleeves to execute initiatives, perform quantitative analysis and reach sound conclusions  - Skilled in managing multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills  - Strong P&L management, specifically, cost structure and ability to create proposals focusing on holistic margin  Note : Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
