We are looking for a dynamic, organized and self-starting Senior Product Manager who can drive innovation, set up the processes and execute in the space of Operational Excellence in Amazon India Softlines business. This becomes all the more challenging in India where the mode of business is marketplace.

As a Sr. Product Manager, you will own setting up of Tools & Processes for the category teams to gain more visibility and get execution ready guidance to get fitter in business. You will also be in-charge of defining and delivering on Inventory Management strategy which makes the Amazon India Softlines business sustainable and profitable in the long term. You will create, write and review business cases, perform supporting research and analysis, and develop solutions from conceptualization to execution and monitoring.

This position requires strong self-motivation, self-starting and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with all the category leaders, In-stock managers, BI team and technology teams to develop strategy, dashboards, and modes of execution to solve complex inventory strategy problem. The role is a people management role where the candidate will be leading his/her team-members to deliver on Tools & Processes and Inventory management strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Define, prioritize, and monitor to execution of the programs/projects to be delivered on time

- Create, write and review business cases, perform supporting research and analysis, write specifications, and drive the product development schedule from strategy to execution.

- Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems

- Monitor project execution and ensure that the project delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with its target date, ensuring the overall integrity within the program

- Manage team to deliver the projects
