Amazon's Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) team in India is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will lead product development Value Recovery services. The ideal candidate will be innovative, team-oriented, an effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. We are seeking someone with a demonstrated history of successfully owning large complex problems and engaging with cross-functional teams, directly and through influence. The Senior Product Manager will engage extensively with business managers, software development, legal, accounting, tax, and finance teams to define the product requirements and policy changes to renew the India Seller Payment process. You would also lead product development for specific initiatives in unsellable value recovery for the IN-FBA Recommerce team. You are expected to also define the seller-customer requirements for specific value recovery channels and drive product changes that can scale the coverage, volume and maximize seller value recovery through those channels. This role will be based in Bangalore. Role and Responsibilities: - Be a thought leader in coming up with innovative solutions to simplify the seller problems with intuitive, closed loop and high engagement solutions - Lead the development of the product strategy and vision for multiple products and create buy-in for the product vision/roadmap with relevant stakeholders. - Define business requirements and partner with tech teams to develop solutions that meet these requirements. - Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer and seller experience, performance and operational support load - Understand and identify changes required to process and system workflows. - Establish the product's goals and review metrics to identify opportunities and deliver success. - Develop an execution plan to migrate sellers to the new process and track post-launch seller feedback - Build and drive a product roadmap for specific value recovery channels for their expansion and optimization. Basic Qualifications - 6+ years of e-commerce, marketing, product/program management, consulting or related experience. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. - Extensive experience in product, program, and/or project management in leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of major new products or services in e-commerce, retail, logistics, supply chain, internet products or related fields. - Experience defining the market and product requirements, working with engineering organizations to rapidly deliver high-impact capabilities to market. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create a compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive management of the product. - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision. - Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment. - Must have the bias for action and a strong work ethic. - Proven ability to deliver first-class customer experiences with a deep understanding of UX best practices.
