Amazon - Senior Manager - Program Management (6-15 yrs)

Amazon is seeking an experienced leader to own the vision for Customer Returns on Amazon.in and Junglee.com. You will lead large scale programs and have responsibility for driving innovation and advocating on behalf of our customers. Leveraging a large technology team and world-class design team, you will build a suite of customer-facing products and services. You will own current and future innovations on behalf of our customers across multiple platforms, devices, and media types (website, mobile devices, social media, apps, SMS, email etc.).

As the leader of the Customer Returns for Amazon.in/ Junglee.com you will also own all operational requirements for the returns workflow. This includes all aspects of returns transportation and Fulfillment Center returns operations. You will lead by example to be just as passionate about operational performance and predictability as you will be about all other aspects of customer experience.

Skills required:

- MBA or Master's degree in a related field from premier B School

- Experience of 6-8 years (Post B School ) in program management/external relationship management, preferably in Operations or Customer Service

- Demonstrated ability to be a big picture thinker, strategist and long term planner

- Superior communication skills, including the ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet operational performance goals

- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation

- Strong analytical and data gathering skills, including the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights

- Demonstrated bias for action and an ability to deal with ambiguity
