Services.   - Develops and implements policies and programs pertaining to Line-haul as necessary for various internal businesses.   - Develops and manages the department budget. Ensures compliance and is responsible to address variances and other budget concerns.   - Performs all human resource management functions to include hiring, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, performance management and ensure team productivity at all levels.  - Monitors LH operating metrics and communicates with stakeholders  - Leads department and cross-functional special projects.   - Partner with the business leaders on regulatory updates and implementation to full the requirement of Law of land.  Basic Qualifications:  - Bachelor's degree and experience in Airhaul and Road network in India;  - Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Logistic/ transportation or related area out of which 5 years of functional leader experience.  - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills  - Vendor management, building and developing 3PL Co-loader partnership to bring efficiency and better service for customers  - Excellent Logistic Industry Network  - Demonstrated Cost Leadership and supervisory capabilities.  - Demonstrated ability to build professional rapport, effectively lead a team and positively influence diverse groups  - Proven ability to apply sound business judgment to establish and accomplish goals  Preferred Qualifications:  - MBA and exposure to Logistic Regulatory affairs in India.  - Key achievements in driving Safety agenda in the area of Airhaul and Road network department for safe operations  Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
