The successful candidate will be responsible for a) Defining and leading initiatives across the core inputs of Selection, Price and Customer Experience b) Driving Operational excellence and rigor in day-to-day management of the category c) Being the "Voice of the Customers/Seller" within the team d) Contributing to the Worldwide Amazon Renewed business This role is based in Bangalore. - The successful candidate will be able to seamlessly switch between strategic thinking and driving operational rigor. - She/he needs to be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects at once, able to take direction, and work well with multiple teams across the world. - The ideal candidate will have a track record of scaling a business and will have some experience with managing category operations in the online space. Any program or product management experience is an added bonus.
