This is a chance to work in an innovative team, participating in and leading operational excellence, process and system design that spans the entire business.  - The successful candidate will be a person who enjoys and excels at diving into data to identify root causes, determining optimal long-term solutions that ensure both an overall world class customer experience and drive scalable processes throughout our entire supply chain.   - He/ She should also be able interface and work extensively with global partners and stakeholders to understand and develop on global best practices.   - This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, metrics and change control.  Responsibilities:  - Key member of the FBA Team.  - Own Sales and Operational forecasting (S&OP) for FBA, with the aim of setting up and improving forecasting accuracy for inbound, outbound, and capacity. Work with large sellers on improvements of forecasting accuracy.  - Develop and implement improved data sources for FBA Supply Chain systems, including inbound analysis to drive correct allocations.  - Support ad-hoc analysis requests for inbound shipments and customer impacting changes.  - Identify areas of improvement and drive implementation within FBA Operations.  - Develop and maintain key metrics associated with FBA Supply Chain operations.  Demonstrated Abilities:  - Experience using problem solving and analytical skills in a business environment  - Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering business improvements.  - The right candidate thrives in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.  - The ability to use both formal and informal influencing skills across Amazon's cross-matrix organization is critical to the success of this role.  - Possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done.  - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.  Qualifications:  - Master’s in Business Administration from a top tier global B school  - 20+ months of work experience  - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel  - Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering business improvements.  - Knowledge of Statistics packages is a plus  - Experience in database management along with proficiency in SQL and Access is a plus  - Six Sigma or Lean Operations background is a plus  If this is of your interest, please share your profile along with the following details:  Current CTC: Expected CTC: Joining Time: Current Location:  Smriti
