Planning, organizing, managing, and executing complex programs across multiple organizations and stakeholders.  Work closely with senior executives at partner agencies to successfully drive partnership to achieve results.  Develop and manage processes with both internal and external stakeholders to help make the program a more meaningful part of Amazon Business  Track, monitor and improve performance of the partner to measure and manage their output efficiency.  Forecast and report business growth and other key metrics, including tracking actual progress toward forecasts.  Present and lead conversations about programs, issues, solutions, and strategy to senior leaders  Cross functional coordination and task tracking  Researching and conducting market analysis for Amazon customers  Communications across various parties to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to guarantee the overall success of the program  Own the marketing strategy to drive awareness, adoption, and usage of selected services  Create innovative marketing programs, campaigns and promotions across various channels, such as email marketing, events, online advertising, webinars, co-marketing with partners, blogs etc.  Develop targeted messages based on the key value propositions and use cases.  Work closely with service teams, sales/business development, PR, product management, evangelists, and other marketing and product managers to achieve goals.  Assist in the development of key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall financial performance and provide foundation for continuous improvement.  Influence and evangelize with senior leadership in our organizations.  Work with the product managers to define necessary product/service improvements and new areas for innovation.  Basic Qualifications  Needed Skills and Abilities  - Influencer: Innovative leader with the ability to identify opportunities and influence organizations to gain support and overcome resistance with data and persuasion   - Doer: Ability to successfully complete complex, data-driven technology and operations projects, working through the many obstacles along the way   - Communicator: Ability to communicate expectations and requirements equally well with business and technology teams, and capacity to write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals, performing your own data analysis as necessary   - Problem Solver: Ability to utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenges  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS  - An MBA or a Graduate with overall 4-6 years of Operation/Sales/Program/Product Management, managing cross-functional teams with tight deadlines.  - Basic knowledge of online marketing methods, tools and strategies;   - General knowledge of e-commerce and target market segments (e.g. media, apparel, and electronics), processes, industry standards, regulations, and the current business trends.  - Proficient with MS Excel  - Excellent oral and written communications skills  - Experience in interacting with wide set of stakeholders - Operations, Technology and Business Leaders  - Excellent Program Management skills with an ability to influence to meet goals  - Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success within this position  - Ability to build strategy and execute it with speed and drive continuous improvements  - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze quantitatively and effectively prioritize program deliverables are essential  - Strong presentation and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build effective partnerships with senior leaders across a variety of groups throughout Amazon  Preferred Qualifications  - MBA is desired  - Experience with market research methods  - SQL knowledge is a plus  - Proficiency with online marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, etc. is a plus  - Experience in either e-commerce or B2B / enterprise technology is a plus
