Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to engineer and develop our middle mile transportation network. The leader we are seeking will develop and execute logistics initiatives to provide continuous improvements on carrier efficiency and performance and ensure capacity to meet our specific needs. This position will be an integral member of the logistics team, responsible for the administration of the organizations carriers and support our stations in a high-growth setting. In addition, this position will lead a line haul team responsible for the scheduling and management of line haul movements.  - Maintain weekly metrics, carrier score cards, and day-to-day carrier performance   - Develop appropriate line haul cost and performance benchmarks   - Support sourcing and procurement of line hauls between transportation nodes   - Develop and implement line haul scheduling processes   - Implement process changes to increase efficiency   - Work closely with Launch and operations teams to stand up new lanes   Note : Detailed JD will be furnished upon resume shortlist.
