- Amazon is looking for an innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Recruitment Manager for our Fulfillment center (FC) in Bangalore. In this role you will have a direct impact on Amazon's growth as we find and attract the highest quality talent to work for our FC operations across India.   - The successful candidate will play a key role in driving and finding new Recruitment strategies to ensure our recruitment pipeline is relevant and creating a regular pool of suitably qualified candidates. The focus will be on all non-exempt hires, ensuring that candidates are recruited in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner which meets the ongoing needs of a rapidly growing business.   Responsibilities :  - Provides direct management of the FC HR recruitment team which includes market analysis, vendor partnerships, specific recruitment strategies, and coordination of integration into the existing FC strategy   - Manage the FC dedicated Recruiting team to provide a proactive and targeted approach to attract the best customer service talent to Amazon   - Provide first-class recruiting support for internal customer groups located various sites throughout the full recruiting process   - Operate as the expert in industry best practices for all functional areas of recruitment. Monitor new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruitment at Amazon.   - Provide internal resourcing consultancy service to hiring managers, including the provision of advice on all recruitment issues  - Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Analyze and implement process improvements continuously.   - Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies and plans to build pipelines for top candidates across all areas of the organization   - Manage relationships with recruitment preferred suppliers and other external organizations   - Implement and enforce consistency with our recruiting policies and procedures, and reviews these regularly   - Represent the company at recruiting events such as job fairs and other community events   - Ensure the high quality of our recruiting process is consistent by conducting top interview skills training for managers   - Ensure 100% data accuracy of our recruitment database. Track and analyze statistical recruiting data to determine effectiveness of all recruiting activities, including time to hire and cost per hire.   - Develop and deliver on FC wide recruitment projects as defined by any network wide initiatives.  - Communicate effectively and partner with HR, IT and Training teams, ensuring any combined objectives are achieved   - Work to develop the employer brand through advertising, promotion, and community involvement with any recruitment focused local events   - Responsible for all levels of talent acquisition, recruiting, university programs and recruitment programs, procedures, and plans.   - Serve as consultant and partner staying up to date on business and market trends, assisting on both a strategic and tactical level.   - Possesses strong understanding of client needs and hiring conditions external and internal.   - Provides advice, expertise and assistance to all levels of personnel both internal and external on various recruiting/talent acquisition related issues.   - Serves as trusted member of Global HR organization driving great partnerships with internal & external customers.   - Should do extensive partnering with all HRBP/HRM within the team(s) they support to stay up to speed on hiring needs and conditions.   - Develops the recruitment budget and manages the spend accordingly.  Experience   - 3+ years Recruitment Management experience.  - Demonstrated success in driving high-volume recruiting programs within multiple markets simultaneously.   - Skilled at partnering with hiring managers - Operations to build effective sourcing strategies and relationships   - Demonstrated customer service focus which provides for an excellent candidate experience   - Ability to move candidates through the process in a timely manner meeting time to hire goals   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills   - Highly adaptable and flexible as a part of a fast paced environment and the diverse company hiring needs   - Resilient with the ability to work and manage a team often under tight deadlines.   - Excellent negotiation skills and professional presence   - Able to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines   - Experience working with job-boards, resume databases and internet search tools   - Experience working in a matrix and with managers   - Have areas of expertise such as sourcing, interviewing/assessment, client/team management and candidate closing.   Basic Qualifications :  - 2+ years of prior experience in managing a recruiting team in a matrixed global organization.   - Must be able to interface with all levels of senior management  - Excellent business judgement and time management skills   - Ability to Influence leaders in taking decisions for the organization.   - Preferably Masters in Management.  Note : Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
