As the Program Manager for reverse logistics, you will own all operational requirements for the returns workflow including both customer returns and rejects. This includes all aspects of returns transportation and Fulfillment Center returns operations. You will lead by example to be just as passionate about operational performance as you will be about all other aspects of customer experience.   - You will work across multiple teams across category management, machine learning, transportation, operations to generate ideas around improving operational efficiency in reverse logistics while maintain a high bar on customer service.
