- We are seeking an experienced Marketing leader to lead Amazon India's Social, Video and Display Advertising channels. The Social/Display Ads team drives Amazon's automated advertising across Social Media websites like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram as well as the large networks such as Google Display Network.   - We advertise on these channels to drive sales of Amazon products and offers, driving customer acquisition and scaling strategic programs such as Mobile App Downloads. This is a relatively new domain and one of the fastest growing areas anywhere at Amazon. In this role, you will work with multiple stakeholders across technology, finance, category, business development and mass advertising teams distributed across multiple locations.   - This role will design and execute social campaigns, identify optimization opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations that maximize our advertising efforts across emerging and established Social platforms. This role requires someone with a demonstrated record of analytical rigor, creative problem solving, and flawless execution.  Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :   Responsibilities :   - Owns planning, implementation, management and optimization of Social, Display and Video campaigns.  - Design testing agenda to understand the drivers of our advertising impact.  - Partner with technology and research teams analyzed data, derive insights, and guide our automated advertising capabilities.  - Evaluate new ad tech, social/messaging platforms, and creative ad formats  Basic qualifications  - Bachelor's/PG degree  - Exceptional verbal and written communications skills in English and attention to detail  - 5+ years- experience in digital marketing particularly in the Social Advertising space.  - Excellent organizational and data analysis skills; ability to derive actionable conclusions from large data sets  - Ability to develop creative, effective approaches to difficult challenges  - Understanding of online, offline, and partner marketing strategy development and channel execution  - Must be comfortable with advanced Excel/SQL and capable of managing large data sets to derive actionable insights.  - Experience in influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across multiple locales and business units  - Proven success in delivering results in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment  Preferred Qualifications :   - MBA or equivalent  - Experience in running digital/social promotions from inception through execution and maintenance  - Multiple years of experience in social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc)  - Knowledge of social advertising and its role in the online advertising ecosystem  - Experience with organic social  - A Strong leader who can prioritize well and communicate clearly across all levels and multiple functions in an organization.  - Have demonstrated skill at initiating, managing and growing strategic partnerships with third parties, including navigating complex and creative co-marketing arrangements with partners  - Demonstrated ability to work with global technology and business teams  - Demonstrated track record of creative problem solving; thinks big, start small, and grows fast  - Working knowledge of SQL and large data set management  Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
