Amazon Services is seeking an experienced, strategic business development and sales manager for Amazon Payments in India. This role will own and lead strategic new business development in new verticals and use cases. These innovative deals will (1) be accretive to business outputs in their own right, (2) serve to define future sales and product strategies (3) generate significant incremental buyer and seller awareness; (4) create new ways to bundle Amazon assets to maximize value to buyer and seller.  As an organization, Amazon’s India Seller Services is highly influential by coordinating across Amazon Customers, Amazon Category teams and Amazon Sellers. We are a business development organization; we drive growth to many Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts and integrated Account Management. We are successful by focusing on aggressive growth for our Sellers’ businesses.  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Develop and execute sales and business development strategies which create significant value to sellers “off-Amazon” and to Amazon customers who “pay with Amazon” on those sites. The key output is new business partnerships which are contracted and launched.  - Generate incremental transaction volume, payment volume, and buyer and seller awareness through large, strategic client acquisition  - Work x-team to create custom programs that drive the adoption of large merchants/retailers with whom we would otherwise not be able to work.  - Develop a deep understanding of the current and future functionality of Amazon Payments to find and execute new business partnerships.  - Develop a deep understanding of other Amazon products and services such as Fulfillment by Amazon, Junglee Product Ads and leverage that understanding to create new partnerships around Amazon Payments.  - Partner closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings; be responsible for voice of the strategic seller.  - Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key inputs and outputs in Salesforce.com and other reporting systems.  - Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers  - Manage complex contract negotiations  Basic Qualifications:  - 4 years of experience in b2b business development or complex sales engagements  - Excellent analytical skills  - Bachelor's degree/ MBA preferred  - Proactive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals  - Experience with B2B sales contracts  - Excellent x-group collaboration skills, ability to impact and influence outcomes in matrixed environment  - Proven negotiating skills and influencing abilities  - Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines  - Detail-oriented  Preferred Qualifications:  - B2B technology sales or business development experience  - Online payments experience   - MBA preferred  - eCommerce/Mcommerce experience is a plus  If this is of your inerest, please share your CV along with the following information:  Current CTC:  Expected CTC: Joining time: Current Location:  Smriti
