You will be responsible to lead a team of people to sell premium digital TV ad inventory to advertisers/agencies - focus will be on selling pre-roll/mid-roll video ads to large/medium brands for multiple TV channels.  Skills required :   - 8+ years of experience with at least 4+ years of digital ad sales experience.   - Ideally, from one of digital TV sales teams and should have sold video ads.   - Understands digital advertising, metrics, trends etc.  - Has strong relationships with digital agencies & clients and has experience closing multi-million dollar sales  - Understands Indian digital market and has comprehensive knowledge of innovations, properties and usage of digital advertising  - Good technical knowledge will be a plus  - Strong negotiation/closure skills, hardworking ability and capability to lead teams is critical
