Job Title / Designation: Assistant Manager, Team Lead - Accounting & Statutory Compliance

Job Description:

- Review of Books of Account prepared in accordance with Indian Generally Accepted Accounting principles.

- Review and ensuring strict statutory compliances comprising of Sales Tax(VAT), Income Tax, Service Tax, Cental Excise, PF, ESI, Labour Laws etc.,

- Coordinate and ensure all statutory payments and compliance in time.

- Should have strictly worked in Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary Firm.

- Should have Statutory and Tax Audit on hand experience.

- Prepare & submission of functional MIS comprising of P&L and balance sheet.

- Preparation of financials and other documents as per statutory requirement.

Specific Skill Set: MS Excel/Word, Internet, Tally (or any accounting software) etc.,

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 3+ years

Annual CTC: Commensurate with experience

Location(s) of Job: Bangalore

Minimum Education Requirements: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/CA/CMA Inter/CMA/CS Inter/CS
