Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Drive global Vendor Management for Technical contract staffing for IT/ITES business

- Develop taxonomies for different skill sets and be able to finalize rates for different geos

- Contracting exposure to the different country laws

- Leverage the spend and deliver annual savings through negotiations and innovative strategies

- Empanel in best in class vendors in contract staffing area and help them to grow their business with Wipro

- Negotiate contracts and ensure wipro’s interest are protected in the market place

- Ensure all the strategies and subsequent procurement are done in accordance with the procurement policy

- Conduct RFPs to determine the right partner and ensure the best overall value is obtained for the company

- Comply company’s supply chain social responsibility program

- Stakeholder expectation management

- Cross functional collaboration with finance and other functions

Exposure to the different Geo’s is a welcome

Experience:

An Engineer/MBA with 6-7 years of Strategic Sourcing experience with reputed companies

Skills Required:

- Strategic Sourcing /procurement expertise

- IT- technology , Domain and skill knowledge

- Contract Management

- Stakeholder Management

- Written and Oral communication skills

- Negotiation skills
