AM - Taxation - Telecom (1-4 yrs)
This is regarding a job opportunity with Telecom Client at Hyderabad.
Role Purpose:
- This position is responsible for all matters relating to Monthly book closing & accounting, related provisioning, P&L and Balance sheet preparation, variance analysis, monthly reporting, cashflow preparation, schedule preparation, audit handling.
- Direct and indirect taxation related matters, over viewing compiled details for monthly tax payments and compiling details for Tax Assessments/Audits and ongoing queries/investigations by the service tax/Income tax/VAT department. All this work is done in coordination with SSC and Corporate Tax/Tax Consultants.
Accounting
- Monthly book closing, Expense provisioning, preparation of P&L and Balance sheet, Expenses analysis, variance analysis, cash flow preparation, schedule preparation
- Financial Reporting & Audit handling
- Monthly corporate financial deliverables, quarterly/yearly audit deliverables, handling statutory audit, tax audit, Internal audits
Direct & Indirect Taxes
- Compiling details for information asked by tax department on ongoing basis as also for all Assessments and Audits, Compliance for all tax payments and issue of tax certificates. Maintenance and retrieval of documents/letters/certificates etc.on an ongoing basis for all tax matters both direct and indirect
- Coordination with SSC for taxation
- Ongoing coordination with SSC for passing of all tax related entries,reconciliation of all tax GL Code balances and compiling information needed for monthly compliance of all tax payments as well as for Internal and Statutory Audits
