Job Purpose:

- Provide the Category/Function with quality resources through an effective selection process in a timely and cost effective manner

- Ensure all requirements are as per vacancies indicated in the structure and are based on a position specification Job description provided by the appropriate department / category.

- Manage the post selection process of salary fitments (post approval of HR Manager), taking necessary recruitment approvals, negotiation with the candidates on salary, notice period, joining dates etc. Ensure all necessary approvals and processes related to recruitment are completed on time before the candidate joins. Highlight issues if any to HR Manager

- Institutionalize system where a search process is initiated immediately at the time of exit, subject to the category or department’s confirmation to replace the individual.

- Monitor and report recruitment performance of various sources of recruitment. Offer recommendations on the sourcing strategies.

- Drive visibility and saliency of the referral process

- Update key metrics and monitor these metrics on a monthly basis. Recommend internal benchmarks for closing positions in terms of timelines and provide data on a monthly basis on speed of closure, sourcing success rates and costs per closure.

- Manage the LEAP process for In- plant trainee selection from various colleges across India. Monitor and review their training process and recommend suitable candidates for final selection.

- Manage the KITES program for internship. Engage with interns ,resolve all queries related to administrative arrangement and related with the projects

- Monitor and control the recruitment budget

Job specification:

1. Profiles from Premier institute (XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD & SIBM) with 1-3 years of experience (2009-2011 passout) with Talent Acquisition experience

2. CTC- 15 Lakh
