ORGANIZATION: CMM Level V, Product Development Company - IT
EXPERIENCE: 6-8 Yrs
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: IT/ Software, Telecom

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Using multiple channels to source candidates
- Ultra strong on social recruitments.
- Exp in MIS reporting & stake holder management.
- Search, manage, and build resource pools
- Responsible for screening candidates, conducting testing, interviews, reference checks and background investigations
- Maintaining internal databases
- Negotiation with potential candidates
- Manage vendors / consultants
SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE DESIRED
- Experience in Team Management is must
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience of managing vendors and consultants
- Ability to handle rapid and volume requirements
- Contract management experience
