AM/Sr Officer - Credit Underwriting (4-7 yrs)
Specific Tasks and Responsibilities/ KPI :
- Performing credit assessment for the approval of retail lending applications in compliance with all related credit policies and product programs within the stipulated turnaround time
- Evaluate the applicant’s credit worthiness through the analysis of the customer’s internal and external credit records, available information and other relevant factors.
- Respond to stakeholders regarding all credit applications related inquiries
- Understand and execute all relevant regulatory requirements and credit policy and procedure requirements
- Comply with anti-fraud procedures and be alert at all times, make immediate report of any unusual or suspicious customer activity
- Continually improve working efficiency and control credit risk
Qualification and experience:
- A person with minimum 3+ years of experience in Credit underwriting the Retail Products - Preferably Auto loans.
- A person preferred with minimum qualification of MBA / CA/ CWA. Graduate may be looked based on the profile and experience in underwriting.
- A person who knows different linguistic background (Required person who knows Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam)
- Positive attitude and a good team player
- Quick in learning
