1. Position Offered : Asst Manager – Service Delivery

2. Function: Service Delivery

3. Reporting to (Title): Vice President – Service Delivery & Operations

4. Location: Mumbai - HO

5. Salary Offered - Min - 7.00 lacs (Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate )

- To support Financial Advisors in the particular location in maintaining timely & compliant customer service standards and to ensure all the activities for different products are as per specified guidelines.

- Handling Account Opening for different products (Equity PMS & POA)

- Account opening documentation and co-ordination with bank/broker/region.

- To perform all the activities in specified TAT with precise manner(With Error free approach)

- To ensure timely and accurate capturing and execution of special instruction from client.

To ensure client query & complaint resolution within predefined TATs raised by FA and region.

- To ensure timely closure of all the requirement raised by third party or regulatory requirement.

- To ensure specified MIS sent to respective concerns.

- Handle all backup assigned activities

- To ensure adherence to laid Service processes & related compliances

- Comply with documented process established by the compliance and regulatory.

- Co-ordinate with Compliance for approvals & interpretation of deviations.

- Ensure timely approvals as per the deviation matrix and execution.

Challenges

- Ensuring account opening process within predefined TAT

- Ensuring all activities are performed in timely manner and within the limits of specified guidelines
