Job Description:  Position : AM/Senior Research Analyst - Valuation & Advisory Services  Location : Mumbai   Reporting to: Project Manager - Valuation & Advisory Services  Key Responsibilities:  - This is a position where in the selected candidate will be responsible for initiating, executing and delivering quality business appraisals/ valuation modelling solutions to the discerning global clients.   - It would include understanding project specs, overseeing deliverable preparation and production, direct & extensive interaction with clients.   - Key aspect here would be to take ownership of responsibilities and work in close cooperation with senior level staff.  - Address specific client research requests and prepare diagnostic/strategic analysis studies / thematic white papers.  - Preparation of research notes on companies / sectors / themes as mandated by the clients.   - The select candidates would be expected to play active role in internal process development.  Position Requirements:  Functional Requirements:  - CA or MBA's from top tier institutes with 2-6 years experience in Valuation services/ I banking would be preferred.   - Strong finance knowledge, valuation modelling capabilities and writing skills.   - Team management experience is must.  Soft skills & Behavioral skills:  - Top notch analytical and communication skills  - Self starter and highly motivated.
