- Was involved in the development of a Value at Risk Modes for the top strategic risks.

- Risk modelling techniques including regression, data series and value tree analyses were used to quantify risk adjusted impact of the risks. This gave management a clear view of the severity of the risks and the drivers attached to them.

Leading telecom operator in India:

- Helped management assess the extent of implementation of customer life cycle management framework.

- We reviewed the operating effectiveness of the framework and were added value by identifying improvement opportunities around methods adopted for customer segmentation leading to poor execution of the resulting in misdirected campaigns.
