AM - Recruitment - ITeS/BFSI

We are currently looking for a AM recruitments position in a leading shared services at Chennai.

Required experience of 4-6 yrs with full time MBA in recruitments .

Role involves:

- Provide comprehensive HR recruitment/ hiring needs support for ITES (Financial services) Vertical.

- Partner with business on recruitment strategies in a matrix environment and manage multiple stakeholders

- Manage strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate offer with special focus on referral campaigns
