Urgent Opening For a Profile of AM Quality (QMS Auditor).

Location - Bangalore

Specification:

Qualification - Essential : Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in BFSI domain

Qualification - Preferred : Lead Auditor IRCAA certified ISO 9001:2008, Six Sigma Green Belt

Experience:

- Good experience on the QMS internal and External audits

- 3-4 years of experience in handling all the ISO 9001:2008 audits

- Managing ISO 9001:2008 framework

- Experience in handling Transactional Quality would prefer.

- Responsible for managing internal audit team

- Experience in using the Quality tools / Minitab

- Exposure to dealing with international customers

- Good in MS excel and PowerPoint

- Good leadership skills

Organization worked : BFSI

Coordinating skills : Understand customer Quality expectations

- Co-ordinate and communicate regularly with QC team/ops team and Quality Managers

- Should be able to work and communicate across multiple time zones and cultures

Managing - Project cycle:

- Scheduling/managing ISO 9001:2008 audits

- Monitoring and Ensure SLA Quality targets

- Initiate actions for Quality improvement

- Implement TQM activities & Six Sigma strategies

Communication skills : Good communication Skills

Quality : Be a SPOC for QMS function across organization

- Facilitate and implement best Quality practices

- Strong commitment to quality standards, flexibility, thoroughness & adaptability
