AM - Quality - F&A Process - BPO (6-8 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
Facilitation of project teams for use of applicable tools
- To facilitate deployment of Quality Infrastructure Processes (QIP)
- To drive data driven culture across the organization by imparting Lean, Six Sigma and various Quality tools trainings
- Identify problem areas and drive improvement projects based on Lean & Six Sigma methodology
- Lead & mentor Six Sigma & Lean Projects to deliver targeted results
- Develop dashboard for management review
- Implement robust review mechanisms to track progress and for identification of opportunities
- Coordinate with Operations and other Functions to ensure deployment of QIP and adherence to internal & external audit requirements
- Conduct Quality Training sessions on Kaizen, Problem Solving Techniques, etc
- Transition Support – to ensure that all Quality Structural elements are included in transition phase
Basic Educational Qualification - Graduate, preferably with Commerce background
Desired Experience (yrs.)
- Minimum of 6 years Experience of which at least 3 years of experience in Green Belt role.
- Experience of 1 ~ 2 years of Quality projects in F & A domain .
Preferred Age Group (yrs)- 25 – 30 years
Preferred industry background - Finance & Accounting BPO
Essential Attributes/Competencies / Skills
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
- Should have experience leading 2-3 Projects
- Good Analytical Skills & Communication Skills
- Should have minimum 6+ years of total experience
- Prior experience working in F&A domain would be an advantage
