Need Profiles preferably from Hyderabad itself.  Profiles with people Management skills in any Finance and Accounts process will be considered and who wants to relocate to Hyderabad.  JOB DESCRIPTION  Directs the activities of team/teams, made up of multiple team leads up to 6 TLs and/or a team size of up to 100 staff responsible for providing accurate and reliable financial and/or quantitative financial market data to internal database and/or internal and external clientele based on financial industry source publications, financial reports and resources. Handles multiple processes.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  - Ensures timeliness, accuracy and coverage of team productivity and drives to improve the same on a continuous basis  - Plan, outline and implement an effective and efficient workload distribution encompassing all units in the team  - Monitor data inflow, content and process enhancement and liaise with technology team for development and implementation of initiatives  - Imparts technical/content training to the team where ever required  - Serves as escalation point for complex data-related queries and production and technical issues.   - Formulate, execute, monitor, assess and recalibrate motivation plans for enhanced employee morale and appropriate reward systems  - Does the administrative work in managing the team including attendance, discipline and performance management  - Fully knowledgeable in all content sources used and data sets covered  - Performs other duties from time to time that may be assigned by Management  JOB REQUIREMENTS  - Graduate in any stream / Masters in Business Management is preferable  - Should either be - manager of managers- or managing a large team (- 40 FTE)  - At least 2 years of management experience with minimum 6 years of overall experience  - Ability to work independently with minimum guidance  - Ability to work under pressure, rotational shifts and multi-task  - Excellent communications skills - written & oral  - Analytical bent of mind with exposure to Six sigma and Process improvement tools  - Good organizational and interpersonal skills  - Experienced in MS office suite including a high proficiency in working with PowerPoint and excel.  Shifts:Rotational  Location:Hyderabad  Candidates need to be in Hyderabad
