Innovation and New Product Development:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring healthy pipeline for new products in Premium category through International stagegate process
- Understanding consumer behavior in different segments, key usage and attitude towards Personal Style Product-identifying relevant consumer need gaps and building new product ideas based on consumer insights
- Coordination with Research agencies for all key research required for identifying new product ideas, shortlisting potential ideas on key parameters and determining optimal pricing through qualitative and quantitative research
- Coordinate with advertising agency to establish communication platform and develop communication plan for new products
- Coordinate with the BUYING team to bring the product solutions to reality within optimum cost and timeline
- Taking the potential ideas to the market through stage gate process
- Complete the launch roll-out and track against specified metrics
Candidate Requirement:
- MBA : full time is a must
